We had a leaking roof in several rooms of our house, which caused ceiling, wall, and floor damage. The roof was stripped clean, replaced the rotten wood, re-roofed with 50 year shingles, and water and ice roofing for our flat roof areas. In the rooms with water damage, the ceilings were repaired and painted, the floors were sanded and refinished making sure all damage was repaired. The men moved the furniture out of the rooms, and put it back just as we liked. Now the good part!! Ash and his team worked tirelessly with the hassle of the insurance company to insure all work was covered and paid for. Put your mind at ease, these people take care of you like you are family. Because to them, you are family.

I cannot express how much I appreciate 911 exteriors for working so diligently to replace my roof. I filed a claim to have my roof replaced. Prior to this claim, I had never filed a claim on my home for 21 years since it was built. Never. An insurance company whom I have been with since my home was first built (21 years ago; in January it will be 22 years) did not want to pay a fair price to replace my roof. Mr. Abraham worked with my insurance company and stayed with me every step of the way. Prior to meeting with Mr. Abraham for the first time, I read the reviews on the 911 exteriors website. It was just what the reviewers stated on the 911exteriors website. He is kind, friendly, consummate professional, straight forward, up front about the job restoration and replacement requirements, along with the potential cost. He even has a sense of humor. Mr. Abraham did that for me. He provided the status of my claim periodically and was always available by phone or text to address my questions or concerns. You cannot go wrong with 911Exteriors. Ash Abraham is a man of utmost integrity with an impeccable work ethic. He did exactly what he said he would do, when he said he would do it and his crew did a great job from start to finish, including cleanup. He does everything by the book, going above and beyond the call of duty. He has a Texas contractor’s license, even when it is not required by the state. He does not cut corners, promptly applying for work permits as required and using quality materials. In my case, he fought the insurance company tooth-and-nail and beat them at their game, eventually forcing them to pay more than double what they originally intended to pay. This ensured that my roof was properly installed, with sound decking, rather than new shingles being affixed to rotted decking, like the insurance company wanted him to do. I cannot recommend anyone more highly than Ash Abraham and 911Exteriors.

If you are not using 911 Exteriors, then you have the wrong roofing company! Ash and his team did an exceptional job on our roof replacement (including a unique combination of shingles, and metal sections). You will not find a more professional roofing company to work with in the DFW area. For us, 911 Exteriors proved to be a company of great integrity, from their leadership all the way through their team. At the start, they worked directly with my insurance company (which greatly simplified things for me), and through diligence ensured that we received the appropriate funding for our claim â which was more than the original estimate from the insurance company. Ash and his team were the epitome of professional in all aspects of this roofing project – from the beginning when he assessed the damage until the end when he made certain that the project was completed correctly and to our satisfaction. And throughout the project, Ash worked hard to make sure that we got the best results for our home. They installed a new roof and a completely new gutter system at an extremely fair and reasonable price. All the work was done well, thoroughly and quickly. They beautifully restored damaged siding and completed that part of the project (installation and painting of the new siding) even before the new roof was completely installed. Hail damaged our roof early this year, and it was really bad. First, we called our insurance and they sent out an inspector and within 2 weeks, we received a check for $456.88. I needed help. He told me I needed a completely new roof, and that the insurance will pay for it. I was skeptical, but he said to trust him and be patient as he has many years of experience.
